Summer outings can really add up!  Here's a list of FREE and cheap activities for your family to enjoy in the Milwaukee area. North Point Lighthouse:  Children 5 and under are FREE, Under 12 $3, 12+ $5.00





Old World Wisconsin:  Return to Wisconsin of the late 19th century, when waves of immigrants came to America's heartland in search of a better life.




Lions Den Gorge Nature Preserve:  This park offers tremendous views. Stroll across bridges over the gorge or down the gorge stairways to walk along the Lake Mighican shoreline. This 73 acre park offers plenty of hiking trails, boardwalks through the wetlands, picnic areas, scenic views, and restrooms.



Pizza Train:  Enjoy a family fun night out for pizza on a train!




Sprecher Tours:  Tour participants of all ages get to sample all available sodas to their heart's content.


Palermo's Pizza Tour:  Become a Palermo’s Pizza “insider” when you take Milwaukee's Only Pizza Factory Tour!




Seven Bridges:  Hiking Trail in Grant Park

Experience an old Milwaukee tradition in the Parks - Beer Gardens! In the mid-19th Century, Milwaukee’s German immigrants brought biergartens and Gemütlichkeit to the parks.

Milwaukee Public Museum:  MPM Thank You Thursday, First Thursday of every month from 9AM to 8PM

FREE Admission:

Betty Brinn Children's Museum:  Enjoy free admission on the third Thursday of every month from 5 - 8 p.m., courtesy of US Bank and FOX 6!



Boerner Botanical Gardens:  Enjoy free admission on the first Tuesday of every month during the summer
