Milwaukee Public Museum is offering FREE general admission on the first Thursday of every month for Milwaukee County Residents as part of Thank You Thursday!

Milwaukee County residents receive free general admission to MPM on the first Thursday of every month through our Thank You Thursday program. Milwaukee County owns the Museum facility and collections, and as a “thank you” to the County and its constituents, we offer this opportunity for residents to visit us the first Thursday of every month without charge.

We also offer extended evening hours until 8 p.m. on every Thursday, so be sure to take advantage of our evening hours after work, school, or whatever your day may bring!

Adult residents must present valid photo identification showing Milwaukee County residency to receive free admission, and children must be accompanied by an adult showing proof of residency to receive free admission.

Beginning January 1, 2014, residents of Milwaukee County will receive a $2.00 discount on general admission every day, in addition to free admission on Thank You Thursday. Mondays will become regular admission days at MPM, with Milwaukee County residents receiving the $2.00 discount.
