Well...the kids are back in school.  This means busy days and hectic nights for our family!  I was excited to get a weeklong supply of food from Schwan's to review with my family.  I will be posting some yummy food that we tried out for breakfast and dinner.  I loved making the family some yummy blueberry muffins!

The first product we sampled were these Blueberry Muffin Starters.

Freshly-baked blueberry muffins just can’t get any easier. Simply drop our frozen batter pucks into paper liners, pop them into a muffin tin and bake. Fluffy, satisfying and flavored with real blueberries-no mixing or bowls required! Individual pucks let you make one for yourself or enough for the entire family. Take some to work, or send some to school with this delicious, breakfast treat!
These were sent frozen and all I had to do was pop them into cupcake tins.  I sprayed the cupcake tins with cooking spray and dropped these frozen pucks in and put them into the oven.  Sound easy?  It was!  I loved the ease of it all!  These were ready and on the table for the kids to grab on their way out the door for a delicious, warm breakfast to start their day!

These were yummy and easy to make.  We opted to make the pack of 18 right away.  We doubled up the batter pucks in 6 of the tins and left 6 tins with just one puck.  As you can see in the picture, these muffins are different sizes.  The bigger, more full ones were the ones that were doubled up.  The little ones loved the smaller ones...perfect for their little hands.  I loved the larger ones...perfect for big tummys!
