PEI WEI will host an online cooking class with simple techniques followed by
a "Major Pei Wei Announcement" That Will Take One Lucky Fan East of Usual!
Pei Wei’s Executive Chef Eric Justice will share the cooking techniques and recipes for three new Thai dishes including Kao Soi, Chicken Laarb and Grilled Thai Sausage. Each are specialty items created for Pei Wei fans, but not currently available on the restaurant’s menu. Recipes will be provided after the Livestream broadcast on Pei Wei’s Facebook Fan Page so fans can prepare and enjoy these flavorful, distinct dishes at home.
Make sure to log-on because immediately following the cooking demonstration, Chef Eric will make a major Pei Wei announcement that could take you on the culinary adventure of a lifetime.
