SONIC® and DonorsChoose.org have joined forces again to support public school classrooms with their Limeaids for Learning campaign. Last year, SONIC donated more than $600,000. By October, SONIC customers, friends and fans will have directed more than $1 million dollars to support teachers in local communities across the country.
Limeades For Learning encourages consumers to make a difference in their local communities by voting for the public school teacher projects they want SONIC to fund.
From August 30 through September 30, anyone can visit LimeadesForLearning.com to vote for their favorite classroom project. SONIC will fund approximately $100,000 worth of projects every Friday during the five-week campaign – those with the most votes will be funded first! .
Attention Teachers: You must register to be a SONIC teacher and submit a request for $400 or less in materials in order to qualify for this funding. See here for full details.
Find your favorite public school teacher's classroom project. It could be a teacher in your community or just a project that really speaks to you. Voting begins August 30th. You can vote once daily, so come back again and again.
Here's how it works - Participation is so easy!
•Go online to LimeadesForLearning.com to search for your favorite public school teacher's project.
•Cast your vote.
•Repeat the process once a day to help your favorite teacher's project get enough votes to be funded!
Spread the word . . . :-)
