I went today to purchase this item and the coupons would not work together. The manager said they would not honor both of them.
Unfortunately, we have found that different Walgreens tend to have different coupon policies. This deal should work since the Walgreens coupon is a store coupon & the 4/18 SS is a manufacturer's coupon. The store will get reimbursed by the manufacturer for that coupon. If you have trouble, try to explain it that way or try different Walgreens. Sorry this didn't work out for you at the store you went to!
